PAYMENT METHODS
The Bob & Tom Store accepts PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover and Money Orders. 
 

To pay with a money order:

    

1. Add the items to your cart you wish to order.  
   
2. Continue through ordering process.  You will be prompted for a PAYMENT METHOD.
    
3. Select Money Order as your payment method.  
    
4. Directions on how to proceed are on the far right of your computer screen.  
    
5. To complete payment for your order, send your money order made out to: THE BOB & TOM STORE

We will reserve the items you have ordered and watch for the arrival of your money order.

  When your payment is received you will receive notification of your payment and your order will be shipped.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Not stoked on your Bob & Tom CD's or gear? Looking to return it or make an exchange? No problem, we have a few options to work that out. To make the return/exchange process super speedy, it all starts with you mailing us back the item that didn't float your boat exactly as it was received from us. ** If it's a CD, it must be clearly unopened, obviously in its original package. If it's a soft goods item like a t-shirt or hat, pack your CD or gear with tags attached and place it in its original packing material.

Please fill out our return form, include it in the package along with a copy of your original packing slip received when it was delivered to you and get it back to us at this ship to address:

We'll do everything necessary on our end and get to work on helping you out.
We will issue a refund to the original card or PayPal account that was used to pay for the item (we like to keep things simple and safe, so we won't refund a different card).

It generally takes about 3-5 business days after the package arrives at our Bob & Tom warehouse for your return to be processed. When it is received, you will get an email confirmation.

TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR EXCHANGE
If you'd like to exchange your product for something else, the best thing to do is to return your item for a full refund and place a new order at www.bobandtomstore.com at the same time. Placing the new order now just ensures that you'll get it quickly, and that it won't go out of stock.
